Creative Space Available For Rent At Farmington Valley Arts Center, Avon, CT

The Farmington Valley Arts Center in beautiful Avon, CT is currently accepting applications from gifted artists who wish to lease studio artist space. Twenty artist studios are maintained at FVAC for dedicated artists who wish to both make art and have a venue to exhibit and sell their work.

Nestled in a quiet park like setting, right off the Route 44 in Avon is FVAC, home to artists and creative professionals who enjoy the benefits of  individual space as well as the advantage of an artistic  community setting.

Painters, Potters, Sculptors Illustrators, Weavers ETC.

As a Mixed Media artist, I appreciate  being involved in a Center where I can  interact regularly with painters, weavers, sculptors, photographers, illustrators, potters etc. I have the best of both worlds, total privacy in my huge studio and companionship and mentoring from my neighboring artists  when needed. In fact we also have regularly scheduled  critique sessions for  artists who want to partake. Another great perk is ongoing classes and workshops often available to studio artists at discounted rates. 

Applying For Studio Space

At this time, FVAC is accepting applications from committed and emerging regional artists who are interested in renting studio space. While most artists at FVAC have  their own studio, there are some opportunities to apply for shared studio arrangements. Rental fees include utilities and are comparable to other similar options regionally.
