Kevin Lee, VP and partner at dGenerate Films, tells 3 dots water about the state of independent Chinese films. dGenerate Films is a leading distributor of Chinese independent films. 3 dots water accompanied Kevin Lee to the screening at MoMA of "When the Bough Breaks," a 147-minute documentary. The director, Ji Dan, one of China's few female independent filmmakers, has developed an aesthetic opposed to the first person type of filmmaking. 3 dots water provides links to dGenerate Films and to trailers of some of the latest Chinese documentaries.
