The Chelsea Antiques Fair, London
High quality art and antiques event relaunched with top level dealers from across the UK.
The famous Chelsea Antiques Fair celebrates 70 years as the UK’s longest-running antiques fair when it returns to the Chelsea Old Town Hall from 21st – 26th September 2021.
Leading dealers from across the UK will be exhibiting for the first time as the fair is relaunched with new organisers 2Covet, the prestige website for connoisseurs and collectors.
Sophie Wood, Fair Organiser, explains: ‘The highly-respected dealers Charles Wallrock and Steve Sly with Fair Director Zara Rowe have acquired the fair from Caroline Penman who, after organising some 65 Chelsea fairs, has decided it was time to hand over the baton to the next generation. Now, reinforced by the foundations of the 2Covet online marketplace, we will be relaunching the fair and adding a significant number of new dealers to the list of exhibitors. It’s very exciting to take the fair forward, but above all we promise visitors there will be a superb display of exhibits coming to the Chelsea Old Town Hall this September.’
With a strong assembly of exhibitors the fair will seek to hark back to its roots in the 1960s and 70s when Chelsea Antiques Fair on the fashionable King’s Road was a special social occasion attracting the most discerning art and antiques afficionados from across London and the south of England.
