Bidsquare announced Allis Ghim as its new President and CEO.
Ghim will have oversight of the overall strategic direction, expansion and operation of Bidsquare, a new online bidding platform that enables buyers and collectors to discover and bid on items from the country’s leading auction houses.

Ghim has over 10 years of experience in ecommerce and was previously VP of Global Sales and Operations at 1stdibs.com. Prior to 1stdibs, Ghim spent 8 years at eBay in a number of management and leadership roles in the US, as well as internationally. Ghim first started her career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in NYC. She is a Fulbright Scholar and holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a BS from Carnegie Mellon University.
Launched in September 2014, Bidsquare is a new online bidding platform that connects buyers and collectors with leading auctions houses through live and timed auctions in over 14 categories, including all areas of fine and decorative arts, design, jewelry, collectibles, wine and more.
