Fusion Art is pleased to announce the opening of the 4th Annual Skies International Art Exhibition. The exhibition is now available for viewing on the Fusion Art website and features awards in two categories: Traditional Art and Digital Art & Photography.

For this exhibition, both 2D and 3D artists, worldwide, were invited to submit their best art and photography depicting the skies. All artists, regardless of location or experience, were encouraged to submit their work in any media.

The Skies Best in Show winners are Virginia Kamhi for her pastel, “"First Light, Malibu Lagoon” and Mildred Lai for her photograph, “Look at You”. Virginia and Mildred are Fusion Art's Featured Artists for the month of August 2020 and, as the Best in Show winners, both artists are invited to participate in Fusion Art's 5th Annual Group Show in Palm Springs in 2021.

Other award winners include Second Place winners, Antonio Bagia and Theodore Heublein. Third Place awards were given to Linda Lindus and Douglas Aja. Fourth Place awards were given to Dinara Aristo and Lynne Deutch. Fifth Place awards were given to John Ressler and John Diephouse.

Rounding out the awards for the exhibition are twelve Honorable Mention winners. Honorable Mention awards in the Traditional Art category were given to Mitra N. Devon, Kathy Joyce, Mike Flynn, Emily Chiles, Igal Permuth and Marlene Etherington.

Honorable Mention awards in the Photography & Digital category were given to Karen Ford, Barbara Mierau-Klein, Diane Lamboley, Mark Weller, Shelley Benjamin and Saowalux Poshyanandana.

The remaining finalists in the exhibition all exemplified uniquely creative talents and we are honored to showcase their artwork on the Fusion Art website.

The international competition received a diverse collection of quality artwork from artists all around the world, including the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Romania, Belarus, China, Moldova, Hong Kong, Guatemala, Thailand, Singapore and Portugal. Overall, the gallery judged 387 entries for the exhibition, which will be featured on the website for the month of August.
