A small, delicately engraved, silver teapot that belonged to the Scottish nobleman John Murray (ca. 1730-1809), fourth earl of Dunmore and Virginia’s last royal governor, which descended through Lord Dunmore’s family, is now part of the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation’s collection.
