
Four works in watercolor/collage by the primitive artist Marjorie McDonald (American, 1898-1995) have been acquired by Matthew's Galleries for their June 19, 2012 fine arts auction. The artist began creating art in mixed collage, watercolor & pastel when she was about 75, and produced a distinctive body of work until her death at age 95.
