The only show of its kind in New England returns to Boston. 40 Galleries from the United States and Europe will offer more than 3,000 original works of art at the 14th Annual Boston International Fine Art Show (BIFAS). The show opens with a Gala Preview opening night to benefit Boston Symphony Orchestra. A number of special programs, panel discussions and guest speakers are scheduled throughout the weekend show. A special program Friday evening November 19 at 7:00pm, "The Fine Art of Living" features a panel of design experts who will share trade secrets on collecting and displaying fine art in your home. The evening program benefits 99.5 All Classical, a service of WGBH. Saturday, November 20 is "New Collectors' Night", a series of programs designed to introduce new collectors to the world of fine art collecting. Special guest speakers include Peter Trippi, Editor of Fine Art Connoisseur (3:00pm) and Joshua Rose, Editor of American Art Collector (4:00pm). Guest speakers will offer insights on both traditional and contemporary fine art. Additional information is available at www.FineArtBoston.com
