On Thursday, October 18, 2012, The Society of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) will host the 24th Annual Preview Party for The International Fine Art and Antique Dealers Show. The show features many of the world’s most influential art and antique dealers from the U.S. and Europe. The Preview Party itself has become one of New York’s most iconic fall events, attracting over 1,200 high profile guests on opening night from the fashion, art, philanthropic, and design world. 100% of the proceeds from the event will benefit The Society’s patient care, research and education programs at MSKCC. This dazzling evening is Co-Chaired by Mary Davidson, Pamela Fiori, Jamee Gregory, Eleanora Kennedy & Kamie Lightburn, and Associate Chairmen Allison Aston & Sloan Overstrom with Celebratory Chair Sigourney Weaver. Author, philanthropist and art collector of Orientalist paintings, Shafik Gabr will serve as Connoisseur Chair. The event is sponsored by Architectural Digest and V&M/Vintage and Modern. The Society's prestigious Design Committee Co-Chairmen, Architectural Digest Editor-in-Chief Margaret Russell and Charlotte Moss will be transforming The Glorious Food Café into an elegant French garden parterre.
