Wallis Simpson had it right about never being too rich or too thin. Viv and I love trailing through this consignment shop in Palm Beach. There is enough pink (and almost enough pearls) to satisfy the soul. Once I fingered the thin leather cording on a tweedy Hermès suit that was a size 2 and $9,000! Ouch! There are always divine shoes here, and extravagant ruched, bejeweled and sequined party frocks. Just the thing for me to wear in my elegant, state-of-the-art studio! Sadly, and I do hate to spoil your image, I wear Oxford cloth shirts and since it is stinking hinges-of-hell hot now, capris. But I do wear the pearls, in moderation.
