New York, NY.  Heather Karlie Fine Art and Antiques will have an exhibition at the upcoming Pier Show in New York City on March 17th and 18th, 2012.  The Pier Show is an internationally known event and a staple for New Yorkers. Celebrities, major designers and decorators from all over the country attend The Pier Show in droves, and shoppers come from around the world to discover future trends!  With over 500 exhibitors set up in Pier 94 along the Hudson River, this show marks the beginning of the Spring / Summer antique season.

Heather Karlie Fine Art and Antiques is owned and operated by Heather Karlie Vieira.  "I had my first taste of the antiques business when I was a kid, going to flea markets in Pennsylvania with my Dad", recalls Heather.  "He would ask me the night before if I wanted to go with him, and then after a resounding 'Yes' from me, he would remind me that we would have to wake up VERY early!  It was never a deterrent to me, especially because I knew that the flea market had great donuts!", says Heather.

Since those early beginnings, Heather Karlie Fine Art and Antiques has grown into an antiques business with a showroom in New York City, a website and representation on 1stdibs.  With a focus on the 20th Century - including important design, American art, furniture, smalls and decorative accessories, Heather Karlie Fine Art and Antiques is your personal resource in the world of art and antiques.

The Heather Karlie Fine Art and Antiques exhibit at the Pier Show in booth 2104, will include well curated garden and outdoor furniture, important American paintings and sculpture, mid Century Brazilian furniture, Indian art and sculpture, African textiles, industrial inspired pieces, lighting, smalls and interesting accessories.

The Pier Show will take place in Pier 94, located on West Side Highway at 54th Street in Manhattan.  The Pier Show is open from 10am until 6pm on both Saturday March 17th and Sunday March 18th, 2012.  Heather Karlie Fine Art and Antiques will have an exhibit in booth 2104.
