Bidsquare, the curated bidding platform for over 100 leading auction houses and dealers, is putting on its third annual holiday charity auction, Bidsquare Cares: a holiday benefit auction of art experiences benefiting the Alpha Workshops, dedicated to creating beauty and changing lives through decorative arts. Bidding is now live and closes on Tuesday, December 6th at 12:00PM EST.
Up for grabs are over 30 one-of-a-kind art and city experiences from leading auction houses and arts and culture organizations, institutions and publications.
Tour highlights include a private tour of the Philadelphia Museum of Art; a behind the scenes day at The Speaker's House; and a guided Brooklyn Museum group tour. Among the other gifts to give to yourself or others: invitation only tickets to the premiere of the Paul Evans documentary in NYC, a selection of fine wines and a wine tasting with a Skinner Fine Wines Expert in Boston, concert tickets at legendary Carnegie Hall and more.
100% of the proceeds from Bidsquare Cares benefit the Alpha Workshops. Package values start as low as $25.
Kenneth Wampler, Executive Director of Alpha Workshops, says, “We are incredibly honored to be Bidsquare’s nonprofit partner for their charity auction. The men and women we serve – New York City’s most vulnerable populations – will directly benefit from these generous donations. Thank you, Bidsquare, for helping us create beauty and change lives!”
"Bidsquare is excited to host its third annual Bidsquare cares charity event and to use our platform to give back and support this year's benefiting charity, the Alpha Workshops, who create beauty and change lives through design and decorative arts,” said Allis Ghim, CEO of Bidsquare. "Thank you to everyone who joined together and donated to make our benefit holiday auction happen."
