On view at the Palazzo Strozzi, Florence, until 15 July 2012, Fondazione Palazzo Strozzi and the publisher Marsilio are marking the success of the show with the launch of the first illustrated exhibition catalogue as an ebook in Italy.

This ebook enables the reader to explore interactively the intense relationship American Impressionist painters had with Italy, and with Florence in particular, between the mid 19thand early 20thcenturies, and access the five scholarly and enlightening essays, 180 colour and black & white illustrations, 41 biographies of the artists and their exhibited works.
